A woman with long wavy hair and light skin, smiling, sitting on the floor with her legs crossed, dressed in a tan long-sleeve shirt and dark jeans, with her right hand resting on her head and her left hand on her ankle, surrounded by a stack of books and a candle on a white surface against a plain white background.

I've always been fascinated by the ways our experiences shape how we think, feel, and respond to the world around us. I love helping people better understand themselves because that understanding creates a foundation for growth, resilience, and lasting change.

Therapy with me balances thoughtful conversation, practical skill-building, and psychoeducation, so you leave sessions with both deeper insight and tools you can actually use. I'm warm, curious, and direct in equal measure. I'll meet you where you are while gently challenging you when it matters most.

Before becoming a therapist, I was a musician and music teacher. That experience continues to shape the way I think about healing. Like learning an instrument, healing isn't about perfection or overnight transformation. It takes patience, practice, and compassion for yourself along the way. Healing has a rhythm, and part of my role is helping you find yours.
