As human beings, we move through seasons of joy and hardship. At times, we feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about who we are and what we truly want. I see therapy as a space to slow down and reflect on how your experiences have shaped your relationships, beliefs, and sense of self—while reconnecting with the strengths and values that guide you forward.

I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, complex trauma and PTSD, ADHD, and women’s issues, including PMDD. My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as DBT, EMDR, and CPT. I integrate practical skill-building with deeper insight to help you regulate emotions, strengthen relationships, and move through life with greater clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.

Before becoming a therapist, I studied, taught, and performed music—an experience that continues to shape the patience, presence, and creativity I bring to my work. Meaningful change happens when authenticity and structure come together, and I strive to create a space where you feel deeply understood while gently supported toward lasting, sustainable growth.
