A woman with long wavy hair and light skin, smiling, sitting on the floor with her legs crossed, dressed in a tan long-sleeve shirt and dark jeans, with her right hand resting on her head and her left hand on her ankle, surrounded by a stack of books and a candle on a white surface against a plain white background.

As human beings, we move through seasons of joy and hardship. At times, we feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about who we are and what we truly want. I see therapy as a space to slow down and reflect on how your experiences have shaped your relationships, beliefs, and sense of self while reconnecting with the strengths and values that guide you forward.

I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, complex trauma and PTSD, ADHD, and women’s issues, including PMDD. My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as DBT, EMDR, and CPT. I integrate practical skill-building with deeper insight to help you regulate emotions, strengthen relationships, and move through life with greater clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.

Before becoming a therapist, I studied, taught, and performed music. These experiences continue to shape the patience, presence, and creativity I bring to my work. As a musician turned therapist, I believe healing has a rhythm. Part of my job is helping you find yours.

Meaningful change happens when authenticity and structure come together, and I strive to create a space where you feel deeply understood while gently supported toward lasting, sustainable growth.
